| New Profiles: |
Every new application to Frumster is screened for religious level, sincerity, and a demonstration of a serious intent towards marriage. Additionally, innovative computer checks allow us to identify duplicate accounts which may have been mistakenly registered by a user who registered in the past.
Profiles are not publicly visible and communication cannot commence with other members until the profile is approved by our Screening Staff.

Updated Profiles: |
Each time a profile is updated, it goes through a number of innovative computer checks and brings any inappropriate activity immediately to the attention of our Screening Staff.
At anytime, our Screening Staff may request that a member re-write his or her profile for any number of reasons. In these cases, the profile is removed from public display until it is once again approved by our staff. |
| Photos: |
Each photo is individually processed for sincerity and adherence to Orthodox modesty standards. Additionally, our graphics designer enhances photos where possible and we offer free high-quality scanning of photos sent to us in the mail. |
| Member Communications: |
Every communication on the Frumster network goes through a number of innovative computer checks, immediately bringing any suspicious activity to the attention of our Screening Staff. Additionally, many safeguards are built in to prevent spammers and fraudsters (such as those representing the African Ponzi Scheme) from contacting our members.
Every communication is stored in our database and may be referred to when researching complaints or reviewing profiles. |
| Complaints: |
Unlike other dating services, Frumster engages in active communication with our members. We encourage member feedback and complaints. Each complaint is researched immediately and the proper action is taken.
The most important asset at Frumster is maintaining a pool of sincere and respectful individuals. We do not tolerate any form of insincerity or dishonesty on our service and we suspend or ban such individuals immediately. |
