| Ben is the Chief Executive Officer and is primarily responsible for the strategies that drive his visions for the service. Born in Iran, and raised in New Jersey, Ben earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Rutgers University in 2000 and took the helm at Frumster in 2003.

Igal the Chief Operating Officer, brings a fresh new energy to the team. He overlooks all aspects of the service and is responsible for day to day operations. Prior to joining Frumster in 2009, Igal was the senior sales manager of 42Photo.com and the Founder of HeyYouBaby.com. Born in Iran and raised in New York, Igal has a dual degree in Accounting and International Finance and resides in Brooklyn with his wife and daughter. |

Froilan the Chief Technology Officer, is a dynamic and driven technology expert with 12 years of experience building technology startups. Most recently, prior to joining Frumster in 2009, Froilan was the Chief Technology Officer of StyleHop.com. Born and raised in the Philippines, Froilan earned a Masters of Science in Information Systems from New York University and is currently an adjunct professor at Monroe College teaching UNIX/Linux, Perl and Programming Logic in C++. |

Rose manages Frumster's customer care department. She is responsible for many facets of Frumster's personalized service, including profile and photo screening, general and technical support, account services, and much more. Rose grew up in Maryland and recently graduated from NYU with a degree in Urban Design and Architecture. Rose hopes to apply her creative thinking and problem solving skills to maintain and improve Frumster's Customer Care department.
