Born in Iran, and raised in New Jersey, Ben was brought up in a traditional sephardic home and became observant during his college years while earning a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. Owing much of his spiritual growth to organizations such as Aish Hatorah, Partners in Torah, and Discovery, he has a particular interest in kiruv and is excited about the role Frumster may one day play in this capacity.

Joel is the Director of Information Technology, and is the driving force behind the innovative technology being developed at Frumster. Prior to joining Frumster, Joel helped manage and develop cutting edge applications for software leaders Microsoft and Symantec. His goal is to provide Frumster's users the best online dating experience possible. Born in Queens, New York, Joel attended Yeshiva of Central Queens, and is a proud graduate of Yeshiva of Chofetz Chaim. He, his wife and two children made aliya from Seattle, Washington in May of 2005 and currently live in Beit Shemesh, Israel. |

Leah manages Frumster's expansive customer care department. She heads a team responsible for many facets of Frumster's personalized service, including profile and photo screening, telephone interviews, general and technical support, account services, and much more. A graduate in business management from Stern, Leah’s combined experience in service optimization and customer care have made her the ideal team leader who strives to ensure a satisfied membership base at all times.
